Christopher was Director of Online Marketing and Ecommerce at Frederick’s of Hollywood.  Over seven years, he helped transform the 70 year old mutli-million dollar catalog brand into an online direct-to-consumer business. He set the online marketing strategy to drive retail traffic. Additionally, he drove customer acquisition and retention programs.  With a focus on database marketing (CRM) and website analytics, he develop personalized customer lifecycle management programs.  The digital business was successfully sold to a private investor in summer 2015.

Most recently, and earlier in his career, he spent years working for online start-ups ranging from a few thousand dollars to a few million.  He built businesses from the ground up, focusing on pragmatic prioritization.  Proficient in both website optimization and ecommerce he created seamless customer experiences.  With small budgets, he grew the online presence through strategic partnerships, social hacking and customer activation programs.
